In this week-long retreat, we are nourished on all levels. In this “Shamanic Healing Journey” retreat, we will spend five days experiencing the magic of shamanic transformation.
In these 4 full days, we will:
- Learn different techniques, meditations and practical processes of shamanic transformation
- Transforming many of your own issues and entering a healing process
- Experience many rituals and initiations that free us from the old and allow our true essence to blossom

The place: Central Switzerland (Wilderswil, Interlaken), mountains and lake (a place of strength in itself)
Exercise: Daily for approx. 1.5 hours in the fresh air or indoors (supports transformation and a good body feeling)
Spiritual development and healing: We will enjoy daily deep meditations, go through our own transformative processes, learn techniques on how to transform energies more easily using shamanic methods and much more…
Relaxation: The hotel is located in a quiet place near mountains & lakes… A wonderful place of power.

Shared dinner at 6:30 PM
Welcome aperitif: in the evening after dinner around 8:00 PM - Departure: Mon, Oct 26, 2026 after breakfast, check-out is at 11:00 AM
- 8.15h – 8.45h Morning meditation
- 9h Breakfast
- 10.30h – ca.12h/12.15h Movement, transformation through movement
- Break until approx. 15h, free time
- 15h – 18h Seminar: techniques, exercises and other great inputs
- 18h Dinner
- Approx. 20h Evening meditation

Hotel prices: 5 nights
Single room: CHF 166 per night (including breakfast and dinner) – prices may vary slightly, but will remain within a reasonable range.
Seminar price:
Price = 800 CHF for all courses, including organization, questions before the retreat, individual support with questions, and tips for your own transformation processes during the seminar and in the two weeks afterward.
→ Upon request, this amount can also be paid in 2 installments.
Early bird discount: For bookings and payment of the seminar fee by August 21, 2026, you will receive a 100 CHF discount – 700 CHF (instead of 800 CHF).
Registration and participation procedure:
- Registration by e-mail to me: sylvi@beyou-lye.ch (surname, first name, address, telephone, single or double room)
- Once I have confirmed your registration, your place on the course will be secured and the seminar fee will become due: 800 CHF or 700 CHF.
- This may be paid within the next 5-10 days
- Detailed information about the retreat will be sent by e-mail approx. 1 week in advance
- On Wed, Oct 21, 2026 from 3:00 PM check-in at Hotel Bären, Wilderswil (Interlaken).
- Thu. 22.10. Sun, Oct 25, 2026: Enjoy the seminar and everything that comes with it
- Mon, Oct 26, 2026 after breakfast: Check-out at 11:00 AM and settlement of hotel costs + beverages from dinner
- For about 2 weeks after the seminar I will be available for questions, tips and input during the transformation process
Course language:
The course is held in German (with translation into English if required)
Maximum number of participants:
The number of participants in the one-day seminar is limited to a maximum of 10, as this allows better individual attention to be paid to each participant.
Cancellation conditions:
- A place is guaranteed upon registration.
- In case of cancellation, the full course fee will be refunded or waived up until October 1. For cancellations after this date, 50% of the seminar fee and 100% of the hotel costs will be charged.
(The hotel can be canceled free of charge until September 20, 2026. After that date, the full price will be charged. This regulation applies to groups for seminars.)
