You pursue your goals with clarity and perseverance – but in your very own feminine way. Your sensual energy flows freely and you feel in harmony with your body and your inner truth.
Unfortunately, everyday life is different for many women:
Pressure to perform, competition, demands for perfection and the constant feeling of having to live up to everything – including social ideals of beauty. As a result, many women lose access to themselves. They hardly feel themselves anymore, reject their bodies or unconsciously try to fit in. These are often old, deeply rooted patterns from the past – formed by outdated role models, beliefs or painful experiences. Many women have experienced boundary violations – emotional, physical or sexual – that have left wounds and prevent them from developing their full femininity.
In this 12-week online course, we will set off together on the path back to you. We will free ourselves from old structures, heal injuries and open ourselves up to a new, free form of femininity – one that nourishes, carries, radiates and no longer hides. You can remember who you really are – and allow your feminine power to blossom in its full beauty.

suppression and rejection of the feminine within you.

empathy and live your feminine essence in self-love.
The course is divided into 3 modules of 4 weeks each.

The Zoom calls/webinars will take place every 2 weeks on the following dates:

Mondays 19-20 o’clock.
We will go into the respective weekly topics in depth, we will transform these topics through exercises and meditations and questions can be asked and experiences exchanged.

Cancellation conditions:
- When booking the online course, the course fee must be paid no later than 10 days before the start of the course
- If you are unable to attend, the entire course fee will be refunded up to 30 days before the start of the course
- Up to 20 days before the start of the course, 50% of the course fee will be refunded
- The total amount will then be charged.
