Every change begins with a first step. In my coaching sessions, I help you to gain clarity about your current situation, release inner blockages and create a new path for you or your relationship. I do not follow a rigid concept, but adapt each session individually to your needs.

Individual coaching

Individual coaching is about understanding your status quo and taking a conscious look at where you currently stand. Through an in-depth analysis, we explore together which patterns may be holding you back and how you can find a new inner direction. Once your goal is clear, I will intuitively select the appropriate methods to support you on your path – whether through conversations, energetic work or other transformative techniques. Depending on your needs, a healing energy transfer can also deepen the process. To ensure that the change has a long-term effect, you will be given exercises suitable for everyday use to help you anchor and live the new.

Couple coaching

When you come to me as a couple, the focus is on reconnecting more deeply and finding solutions to challenges together. Before we work together, I first recommend individual coaching sessions for both partners to clarify individual issues. In the subsequent couple coaching, we create a safe space in which you can be honest with each other. We work on communication patterns, unspoken expectations and possible injuries that have arisen over time. The aim is to understand each other again, strengthen respect for each other and discover new ways of being together – whether in everyday life, in intimacy or in challenging phases of life.
